With a craving for movement, Trisha discovered Pilates in 2007 and quickly found it to be exactly what her body, mind and soul had been searching for in a physical activity.
While building a career in interior architecture and design over the past 17 years, she continued on her personal journey with Pilates. Trisha was continually amazed by, and grateful for, the benefits that she observed in her daily life.
Alongside her work in Pilates, Trisha uncovered a passion for functional and whole body wellness. A desire to share this way of life and help others on their journey led to Trisha to be trained as a Pilates instructor under Balanced Body Master Instructor Brooke Bowersock.
Her hope is to lend her creative mind and proclivity for whole body wellness to those who seek to better their daily lives through improved movement and a fresh mind-body connection.
