Dana is a certified Pilates instructor by Dolly Kelepecz of the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. She was raised in Houston, Texas and began her path towards becoming an outstanding Pilates practitioner during her youth while training in New York become a principal ballerina. In addition to teaching at The Pilates Studio Ann Arnoult, Dana teaches Pilates-based exercises at a well known and respected Chiropratic clinic in Austin for Dr Roseanne Butera and Pilates/fitness classes at both Barton Creek country club and the YMCA of Austin.
Dana is a professional ballet teacher, who has been instructing clients form a wide range of backgrounds for over thirty years. Dana’s experience with ballet began with The New York City Ballet under the direction of George Balanchine, accompanied by the greatest artists from around the world. Dana also danced with BALLET INTERNATIONAL OF CARACAS, PITTSBURG BALLET THEATRE, and BALLET AUSTIN. As a professional dancer, Dana was both critically acclaimed and traveled the world performing as a guest ballerina with many of the finest companies in the world.
