Amy received her master’s degree in dance and theatre in 1992. In addition, she spent a year
studying at the Laban Centre for Movement in Dane in London. She has danced, choreographed
and taught throughout in the USA and Mexico. Amy also is certified in yoga and has instructed
all types of yoga including chair yoga.
In 1999 she received her Pilates certification in Boulder, Colorado. “Pilates affords me the
opportunity to be creative while guiding people to feel better, gain body awareness and
discover the joys of movement.”
Amy has experience teaching group and private sessions for all ages and abilities. She has
worked with physical therapists assisting people with rehabilitation and injury prevention. Most
recently has worked with the senior population helping them gain strength, flexibility balance
and overall wellness.

moving and connecting with people. I am grateful I can continuously grow and learn with my
clients.”
